Return procedures

  • If product(s) from Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD need to be returned for any reason, the customer shall return the product(s) to Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD under the following return procedures:

    Report of return items (via hitechoa.com.au):
    - Go to hitechoa.com.au and log on your account
    - Click Order History
    - Locate your order from the list
    - Click "return" for the order you referring to
    - Check items to return
    - Fill out "reason for return" form
    - Click "Submit"

    Our customer service will e-mail you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Report of return items (via phone/fax):

    Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by contacting customer service by phone (03) 9005 1863, filling out fax form to fax to (03) 9016 8436, or by e-mailing customer service at sales@hitechoa.com.au, which must be requested within 1 year of order date.

  • Customer shall return the products to Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD in the original packaging and enveloped in the original bags, along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is available, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, and the invoice number and customer ID. Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite the solution to your problem, and allow us to contact you if there are any problems, or concerns regarding your return.
  • You will not receive a refund or reshipment if you use over 70% of the product!
  • Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process. Please retain shipping information including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD or re-placement product is received. Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD cannot be held liable for any lost packages that are not given any type of tracking number or documentation. If Hitech OA Equipment PTY LTD determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then Hitech OA Equipment Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labor at Hitech OA's current labor rate, or charge the customer a 20% restocking fee. HitechOA will advise customer prior to assessing these charges.
  • If no order number (invoice number) or RMA number is included, there may be a delay in the return process.
  • If you do not state whether you desire a refund or a replacement, a standard replacement will be issued.
  • Before a refund and/or reshipment can be issued, cartridges in question must be returned.
